By accessing and using the Aura Wellness website ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

All prices are displayed in Czech Crowns (CZK) unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is required at the time of order placement. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed on our checkout page.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Maximum Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aura Wellness's total liability to you for any damages arising from or related to your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Aura Wellness expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Czech Commercial Arbitration Court. The arbitration shall take place in Prague, Czech Republic.

Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
